Paying for your books and supplies

Payment for books and supplies is due at the time of purchase.

  • The NWTC Bookstore accepts cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

  • Receipts are provided for reimbursement/expense reports:
    • In-store purchases – a physical receipt along with an emailed receipt
    • Online purchases – a packing list is included with your order

  • If your employer is tax-exempt:
    • Please bring a copy of the employer tax exempt certificate with you when you visit the NWTC Bookstore.
    • If you are placing an online order, please comment in the Customer Notes field at checkout that your employer is tax exempt and email a copy of the certificate to [email protected].

Getting your books

You have two options:

  • Visit the NWTC Bookstore in Green Bay on the first floor of the Student Center during our regular business hours. Click here for hours.

  • Order your books online – click here for instructions. When you order your books, you can choose to pick them up at any of NWTC’s locations at no charge. If you prefer to have them shipped to you, there is a charge of $7.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
