How to activate your RedShelf Digital Book
Step One: Login to your RedShelf Bookshelf
- Navigate to: https://nwtcbookstore.redshelf.com/accounts/login/ and login
- If this is your first time purchasing a RedShelf digital eText, choose ‘Create an Account’ and follow the steps to set up the account (this account is free)
- Make sure you use your NWTC email which is [email protected] – [email protected] is not your NWTC email address
Step Two: Access your eText

Purchased in-person at the NWTC Bookstore:
- Click ‘Redeem RedShelf Access Code’ in the upper right corner
- Find the redemption code on your printed receipt and enter it in the pop-up box. IMPORTANT: The code is case sensitive, use ALL CAPS. If the printed receipt has been misplaced, please check your email for the copy that was sent to you.

- If you’re not seeing your cover image, it might be because the email that was used for your order is different than the email you used to set up your account. Click here to submit a Help Desk ticket at RedShelf.

Refunds
- Your RedShelf eText is refundable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the first day of access or thirty (30) calendar days after the purchase was made – whichever occurs first. Refunds cannot be fulfilled if more than 10% of the product has been viewed or if any of the pages of the content have been refunded.
- To request a refund, click here to email the NWTC Bookstore (no trip to the store is required). Please provide your name and the title(s) of the text(s).
