Pearson+ Activation Instructions

Step One - create your Pearson Account: click here

Step Two - retrieve your access code and activate your subscription.

Purchased online at www.nwtcbookstore.com

  • Navigate to https://www.nwtcbookstore.com/login
  • Choose ‘Student ID# Login for ‘course material purchases’
  • Login using your NWTC Credentials
  • Click on ‘Activate and Access eBooks’’
  • Click on the cover image for the Pearson+ title you have purchased to get to your RedShelf Bookshelf
  • Click on the cover image again to bring up the ‘Product Details’ box and choose ‘Copy Code to Clipboard’
  • Click on the link that says ‘Access Courseware’ – this will take you to Pearson where you will be prompted to paste your code in the field to redeem your code

Purchased at the NWTC Bookstore – the code on your receipt is not the code you will use at Pearson

  • Navigate to https://www.nwtcbookstore.com/login
  • Choose ‘Student ID# Login for ‘course material purchases’
  • Login using your NWTC Credentials
  • Click on ‘Activate and Access eBooks’
  • Click on the link at the top to ‘Activate an in-store Purchase’
  • Choose ‘RedShelf’ from the drop down menu and enter the 16 digit code from you receipt. The code is case sensitive.
  • Click ‘Activate’ and you will be taken back to your NWTC Bookstore Shelf.
  • Click on the cover image for the Pearson+ title you have purchased to get to your RedShelf Bookshelf
  • Click on the cover image again to bring up the ‘Product Details’ box and choose ‘Copy Code to Clipboard’
  • Click on the link that says ‘Access Courseware’ – this will take you to Pearson where you will be prompted to paste your code in the field to redeem your code

  • Have you decided Pearson + is not the right option for you? Your subscription is refundable within 13 calendar days from your purchase.
  • How do you request a refund? Click here to email the NWTC Bookstore – please provide your name and order number.
