How to activate your eBook purchased from

Click here and follow these steps!

  • Click here to go to the Student Login page.
  • Choose ‘Course Materials and Graduation Orders’
  • Sign in using your NWTC ID# and password.
  • Click on the link for Activate and Access eBooks.
  • Click on the cover image of the book and start reading!


  • Check out RedShelf Solve
  • Submit a Help Desk ticket to RedShelf.
  • Information that helps RedShelf with support:
  • - Email address used on the order – check the eBook 
      Confirmation email you received.
    - Date of the order.
    - Order number – check the eBook Confirmation email you received.


If it is within 14 days of the purchase and less than 10% of the eBook has been read or printed, you may request a refund by clicking here to email the NWTC Bookstore. Please include your order number and the title of the book.
