Apprentice Course Materials

Getting your books and supplies

On the first day of class, you will receive a book order form from your instructor. Your instructor will return the form to the Bookstore to be processed after it is completed.


The form will include two options for payment:


Pay at store in person:

 

  • This means you will visit the store to pay for the materials when they are ready.
  • You will be asked for contact information so that we can let you know when the books are ready.
  • The NWTC Bookstore does not accept prepayment.

Phone Payment:

 

  • This means that a member of the Bookstore team will contact your employer for credit card information when the materials are ready.
  • You will be asked to provide a contact name and phone number.
  • Do not include credit card information on the order form. The NWTC Bookstore cannot store credit card information per their Merchant Services agreement.
  • Once the books are ready and paid for, they will be delivered to your classroom.

Paying for your books and supplies

  • Payment for books and supplies is due at the time of purchase.
  • The NWTC Bookstore accepts cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
  • A physical and emailed receipt is provided for either reimbursement or expense report documentation.
  • If your employer is tax-exempt, please bring a copy of the tax exempt certificate with you at the time of payment.
